ABOUT MY HOMES and MY HOMES COMPARISON:
My Homes is a tool that was allows homebuyers to save properties they are interested in, similar to how a "shopping cart" works on various online stores (ie: Chapters, Best Buy etc.).
My Homes Comparison provides a side-by-side analysis of the properties you choose. Discover which home suits you best by comparing the price, area, taxes, mortgage costs, and more.

Look for these symbols when searching for a property |
HOW TO USE IT:
1. SAVING A PROPERTY
From the Find a Property page (figure A), choose an area by clicking on the map or by selecting your criteria under the Advanced Search. This will bring up your results (figure B). By clicking on any specific property from the Results page, you will be taken to that Property Description (figure C).

Under ComFree Support Tools, click Add to MY HOMES (figure D). The My Homes box along the right will then indicate how many properties you have saved (figure E).

To view your saved properties, under My Homes click View My Homes (figure F). The My Homes page displays the results of the properties you have saved (figure G).

To remove a property, click Remove from MY HOMES (figure H).

2. COMPARING PROPERTIES
To view a side-by-side comparison, select a minimum of two properties or a maximum of three by clicking Add to MY HOMES Comparison (figure I), then click Compare Homes from the right (figure J).

To calculate the Monthly Payment Breakdown from the My Homes Comparison page (figure K), type in your numbers in the blue box (figure L). Do not include the dollar sign ($) or the percentage symbol (%). Click Calculate to find the Mortgage Cost and Total Monthly Cost.
